		<description>How should we think about the fact that GMAT registrations are rising aggressively primarily outside the US?  Given that growth in bschool applications is outpacing gmat registrations/tests, wouldn&#039;t that likely indicate that a substantial chunk of the new applicants are coming from outside the US?  Would this potentially mean that the increased competitiveness is mostly going to be felt by non-americans?
