		<description><![CDATA[This is interesting, and I agree that it&#039;s a better way to go about interviewing than only a written format - I can see this trend happening in employment as well.

I think the bigger picture question that comes up is - in some places it&#039;s illegal for a potential employer to ask for a picture of a candidate. Could interview videos for jobs fall under the same umbrella? and do interviews for university spots also fall under the same legal umbrella?

If that&#039;s the case, it will be interesting to see what bends first - the law or the technology.]]></description>
