I think the bigger picture question that comes up is – in some places it’s illegal for a potential employer to ask for a picture of a candidate. Could interview videos for jobs fall under the same umbrella? and do interviews for university spots also fall under the same legal umbrella?

If that’s the case, it will be interesting to see what bends first – the law or the technology.
