Christan spent nearly four years working at the University of Notre Dame, where her focus was on the specialized Master’s programs.
During her time at Notre Dame, Christan was responsible for recruiting the first three classes of the Master’s in Management program, and worked to double the size of the cohort within a year. In her capacity as an Assistant Director for the Master’s in Management Program, Christan advised applicants daily and reviewed applications. She was also an applicant interviewer and a Mendoza representative at events around the United States. Christan managed several recruiting and operational projects for the Admissions Committee.
Prior to entering Mendoza, she spent four years working in the healthcare industry as a patient satisfaction consultant. Most recently, Christan worked for Notre Dame, as an MBA and specialized masters application reader/interviewer. As a reader, she also took part in the Adcom process, providing feedback to the group on applications and interviewing domestic and international candidates.
Christan truly enjoys guiding specialized masters applicants to optimally pursue their ambitions. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and three children, reading and running.
