Gina holds a JD-MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. 

Prior to her MBA, Gina worked in financial services and tech consulting at Ernst & Young and Slalom Consulting. She leveraged her MBA to transition to healthcare, spending 4 years at Genentech gaining experience in marketing and strategy through Genentech’s Commercial Rotational Development Program, eventually leading digital marketing for a $400M brand. Throughout her time at Genentech, she was actively involved in MBA on-campus recruiting, hosting career treks, and interviewing candidates. 

Gina has coached many aspiring MBA and JD-MBA applicants through the critical decision point of pursuing their degrees and the application process. Gina has coached many MBA and JD-MBA applicants, and is skilled at helping those looking to transition their career.

Gina’s true passion is coaching individuals to realize their potential. She serves as a career coach for Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) and at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. Gina enjoys helping clients discover their passions and goals and tell the stories that make them unique and exciting applicants.

Gina is a certified yoga teacher and freelance food and travel writer. She has traveled to over 25 countries and lived in San Francisco, Chicago, Denver, Nebraska, Washington DC, Bali, and Chengdu. She is married to her Kellogg classmate and together, they conduct alumni interviews for Kellogg applicants. She and her husband currently live in Washington DC.
