John received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his BS in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Economics from Purdue University.
John has been a Kellogg Alumni interviewer for 10 years. John comes from an extensive career in Brand Management at a global level, where he worked at Procter & Gamble, Dr Pepper Snapple Group (now Keurig Dr Pepper), Brinker International, managing Chili’s across the world, Yum! Brands managing the Pizza Hut Business for Latin America and most recently he heads marketing for Black Magic and Rain-X appearance car care at ITW Global Brands.
John was born and raised in Latin America and is of Middle Eastern origin. As such, John grew up in a multicultural environment, traveled the world and speaks three languages fluently: English, Spanish and Arabic. John serves in the parish council of his Church, leads the Young Adult Ministry and is passionate about serving the community. Most recently, John was involved with Project Mexico, where he and a group of Church Young Adults went to Baja California, Mexico to build homes for communities in need.
