Keauna Mason earned her MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business (GSB) and her BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California (USC).

During her time at Stanford, she was an ambassador for the GSB MBA Admissions Ambassador Program as well as a writer for the Stanford Reporter. Upon graduation, she was an independent consultant working in Education for the Santa Ana Unified School District as well as conducting market research in Hong Kong for Cathay Pacific Airways’ Asia Miles Loyalty Program. After a year working independently she decided to pursue her passion in music which led to her position as the lead Digital Marketing Analyst at Interscope Records.

Prior to business school, Keauna worked as an Electrical Engineer for Northrop Grumman in the Vehicle Management Systems and Flight Controls group and also as an IT Consultant for a boutique entertainment consulting firm. Her other work experience includes being a mentor and coach (2013-2014) for the UCLA Anderson School of Management Riordan Fellows Program as well as a Board Member for the Riordan Programs Alumni Association (RPAA). She also co-founded the Riordan Fellows MBA
Coaching Program, which launched in 2013.
