Puja graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and Wharton School with a B.A. in International Studies and B.S. in Economics, respectively. She was one of only eight undergraduate students selected to matriculate directly into the graduate program at the Wharton School, where she also earned her MBA. 

Since graduating from Wharton, Puja spent over 12 years in financial services. She began her career at UBS as a real estate investment banker. She then joined Warburg Pincus, a global private equity firm, where she helped raise over $44 billion for their private equity funds as a Director in the Fundraising and Investor Relations Group. 

Puja is an active alumna and a Wharton Admissions Ambassador. She has also served as an interviewer for Wharton’s MBA program and, as a member of the recruiting team at Warburg Pincus, helped to recruit students from elite business schools.

Puja remains very involved in the community. She served as President of the PTA for Landmark Preschool in Westport and was a member of the Board of Trustees at the Westport Public Library. She is a native Floridian who is an avid tennis player and enjoys Broadway musicals.
