Davina received her MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business (GSB), with a certificate in Public Management, and her BA in Psychology from UC Berkeley.
Davina is an experienced strategic planning leader, facilitator, and business case writer who spent more than 15 years building culture, entrepreneurship, and leadership initiatives across Stanford University and the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She designed enterprise-wide culture programs for a 16,000-person workforce, scaled a global online executive education portfolio from zero to 1,000 members across 100 countries in just six months, and led an initiative to diversify the GSB’s case collection with 30+ new business cases in under two years. She also co-authored two Harvard Business Review articles with current GSB Dean Sarah Soule.
Outside of Stanford, Davina spent over a decade in elected and nonprofit leadership, twice serving as board president of her local public school district — overseeing a $32M budget, passing tens of millions in facilities funding, and stewarding the district to top academic rankings statewide.
Davina is drawn to candidates with big visions and the discipline to execute them. Her own admissions essays were praised by former Stanford GSB associate dean of admissions Marie Mookini as “a pleasure to read” — and she brings that same eye for clear, compelling storytelling to every client she works with.
Davina enjoys hiking with her dog (a rescue from Guatemala) and practicing taekwondo. She also appreciates a good pun and a corny dad joke.
