at Columbia Business School (CBS)

Emma comes from the MBA Admissions Office at Columbia Business School (CBS), where she was Associate Director. 

Emma conducted dozens of interviews each cycle for the MBA and EMBA programs, as well as coordinating the alumni ambassador interview program. She read and evaluated hundreds of applications each cycle, delivered information sessions to audiences across the globe, and advised countless waitlisted applicants.

Prior to CBS, Emma spent three years as a recruiter for The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). She is a Teach for America alumna (Colorado Corps 2011) and a natural educator and mentor. Helping people express themselves genuinely and clearly is a passion of hers, and she is well-versed in crafting strong essays, preparing for and completing a successful interview, and managing the waitlist process.

Emma graduated magna cum laude from Skidmore College with a B.S. in Comparative Religious Studies. A voracious reader, Emma always has a book in her bag when she leaves the house. She lives with her fiancé and their dog Juno in NYC.
