The Anderson School of Management at UCLA has posted the application deadlines and essay questions for the 2013-2014 MBA admissions season.

Round 1
Deadline: October 22, 2013
Notification: January 28, 2014

Round 2
Deadline: January 7, 2014
Notification: April 2, 2014

Round 3
Deadline: April 15, 2014
Notification: June 3, 2014

Essays

Required: What are your short-term and long-term career goals, and how will an MBA from UCLA Anderson specifically help you achieve these goals? (750 words maximum)

Optional: Are there any extenuating circumstances in your profile about which the Admissions Committee should be aware? (250 words maximum)

Reapplicants–one required essay: Please describe your career progress since you last applied and ways in which you have enhanced your candidacy. Include updates on short-term and long-term career goals, as well as your continued interest in UCLA Anderson. (700 words maximum)

Completed applications must be received by 11:59 p.m. PST on the day of the deadline. UCLA Anderson notes that Rounds 1 and 2 are comparable in competitiveness. You should apply when your application is as strong as possible, even if it means waiting until a later round to submit it.
