R3 At UCLA Anderson

If chasing after recommenders and retooling essays has landed you in the third round of the application process, never fear. Round 3 is still a terrific time to apply at UCLA Anderson School of Management, according to the MBA Admissions and Financial Aid team in a recent entry on the MBA Insider Blog.

Contrary to the belief that the 3rd round of the application process is so vast and competitive that your chances of being admitted are significantly reduced, you should know that each round is evaluated independently, the team writes.

Since you’re only competing with other people in your round, a reasonably strong  application means your chances of being admitted to the UCLA Anderson full-time MBA program are as good as any other previous round.

If you’d like to sign up for one of UCLA Anderson’s weekly online information seminars, moderated by admissions officers and second-years, click here to do so. The Round 3 deadline is coming up up March 17, 2010; best of luck with your application!
