“Coding, analysis, many of the mechanical decisions that go into judgment and decision making, that can be automated. But what cannot be automated is leadership.”
As AI takes over more of the analytical heavy lifting, he argues, the ability to lead, exercise judgment, and make consequential decisions becomes more valuable, not less. Far from making the MBA obsolete, he sees the degree becoming more important in the years ahead.
